New Yard Restaurant
We try to have the kind of restaurant that we like to eat in ourselves; informal service, good food and good wine.
And how do we go about that?
Well 90% of the chef's ingredients are sourced locally (supporting our traditional agricultural economy, minimising food miles, ensuring absolute freshness). And just about everything, including the bread, is freshly made on site.
We have clams from the Helford River; fish and shellfish caught by local dayboats; game, fruit and herbs from the Trelowarren Estate; meat and poultry from local suppliers; seasonal vegetables.
